At this point, we all know how much UB Preserv loves to party — no particular reason ever necessary! In this case, though, it’s to celebrate the end of Summer! On Sunday August 18, Chef Nick Wong will be adding a twist to the regular Dim Sum Style brunch service and roasting a Cuban style whole hog outside. The menu will include, but most certainly will not be limited to: Teriyaki Chicken Wings, Bacon Sausage and Tomato Kebabs, Spam Musubis, Lumpia, Dr. Pepper Ribs, Pretzel Jello, Papaya Salad and Deviled Eggs. UB Preserv’s General Manager Katy Brittain will be taking over the bar and serving up some of her favorite drinks — she’s especially excited about making Frozen Piña Coladas with a Big Red floater.
