We love an excuse to party. Chef Nick Wong and his team are putting together a special menu for Valentine's Day that a) is delicious, celebratory and memorable for you and b) gives us a reason to play around in the kitchen with some cool new dishes.
The four courses (three savory and one sweet) will be shared between valentines and served family-style for groups.
First Course (choose one)
Red Snapper Ceviche with citrus and cucumber or Little Gem Salad with strawberry, meyer lemon vinaigrette, parmesan.
Second Course (choose one)
King Crab Noodle with butter, scallion and ginger or Garlic Shrimp with potato, peas and grilled bread.
Third Course (choose one)
Grilled Hanger Steak with grits, jalapeno relish and carrots or Lamb (belly + chops) with chickpea curry, preserved lemon and yogurt.
Fourth Course (choose one)
Strawberry Biscuit Shortcake with calamansi curd and whipped cream or Buckwheat Chocolate Tart with caramel popcorn and cocoa cream.
