2016 Bishop's Barrel 13
Belgian Quad aged in Woodford Reserve barrels
The base beer for Bishop’s Barrel No. 13 is the Divine Reserve No. 13, a big, drinkable Quad. BB13 pours a dark brown color with ruby highlights that supports a thin, khaki colored head. The aroma brings forth a bouquet of bourbon, vanilla and Belgian yeast characteristics. The flavor is sweet throughout and a palate of sweet, sticky toffee with a nice dark fruit/cherry parfait accompaniment. The barrel shows itself with bourbon and subtle chocolate notes.

2016 Prairie Pirate Noir
Imperial Stout aged in Jamacan Rum barrels
Pirate Noir is a Jamaican rum barrel aged imperial oatmeal stout. This beer takes Prairie Noir and adds intense notes of vanilla, coconut, coffee, chocolate and rum to the beer. The rum should give some funky tropical fruit notes of banana, coconut. Pirate noir pours a dark jet black color, with a rich creamy brown colored head.

2012 Real Ale
American Barleywine
Sisyphus was their first seasonal release. Citrus notes provided by a healthy portion of hops are balanced by the rich toffee undertones of the malt and a bit of heat from the alcohol content which gives it a warming quality. The pour is a nice amber color with an off white head that doesn't linger. Barleywine is a style of beer that is kept alive by the beer nerds of the world.

$75 includes these three beers and a jar of Vicky's Snack Mix.
You'll receive a link to the Zoom class on July 2.
