The second installment of Grilling with Greg is the closest thing to hosting a Southern Smoke Festival in your backyard. Georgia James chef de cuisine Greg Peters will share his secrets of smoking ribs. The class also includes boudin, charred green bean panzanella, tater tot casserole, a dozen assorted cookies and a six-pack of Karbach Horeshoe.
