Nina Quincy loves hospitality. Like, a lot. She joined Underbelly Hospitality as director of operations in 2021, where she is responsible for being badass, tracking growth and profitability, coming up with awesome ideas (mostly, some are kind of lame), growth strategy, some corporate stuff, and a lot of the less corporate-y stuff.
She has held just about every position in hospitality from being a breakfast line cook at a retirement home to slightly higher level positions with some pretty cool hotel groups.
When she isn’t working at Underbelly, she volunteers weekly with the Red Cross disaster action team and also the Houston area feeding coordinator for the Red Cross during disasters. Wanna hear more?
