El Salvador native Nina Quincy joined Underbelly Hospitality as director of operations in 2021. She’s responsible for tracking the growth and profitability for the group, focusing on expense control, management, planning, operational efficiency and service.
Nina started her career as a line cook at age 16 and has worked in nearly every part of the business. Most recently, she was general manager at House of Blues, managing $21 million in total revenue. Prior to moving to Houston, she worked in hotels—as managing director at ARRIVE Hotel and food and beverage director at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Philadephia.
She spent her early career in Las Vegas, running operations at several bars and clubs, including the Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay Resort before moving to Nashville as the director of operations for the Gaylord Opryland Wildhorse Saloon.
